Ali Spa agenzia per il lavoro filiale di Firenze ricerca per istituzione universitaria internazionale un HOUSING COORDINATOR.
La risorsa opererà all'interno della struttura e si occuperà della ricerca di immobili per il soggiorno degli studenti stranieri.
**Le responsabilità includono**:
Identificare e assicurare appartamenti adatti ai nostri standard,
creare e gestire contratti di affitto e garantire la conformità con le normative locali,
mantenere la comunicazione con i proprietari degli immobili,
gestire le richieste di manutenzione e coordinare le riparazioni necessarie.
**Si richiede**:
Preferibile una precedente esperienza nel settore abitativo, immobiliare, della gestione di immobili in generale.
Conoscenza della lingua inglese.
La persona dovrà infatti relazionarsi anche con i nostri studenti che alloggiano negli appartamenti.
**Si offre**:
Contratto di assunzione a tempo determinato finalizzato all'inserimento a tempo indeterminato, retribuzione commisurata all'esperienz a. buoni pasto giornalieri da 8 euro.
