Thanks to the recent acquisitions of important players in the belonging market, IRCA is becoming a global leader in the semi-finished ingredients industry, with 22 manufacturing facilities in Europe, US and Vietnam and a combined €1 billion of revenues. Purpose of the position: We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Representative whose aim is to ensure the best support of our clients. He/she will be responsible for all the process from pre to post sales. The activities are to listen to customer concerns, answer customer questions and provide information about the company's products and services. This is a key role to ensure the right management of orders, claims management and to guarantee the constant update of the price list. Description of main activities /responsibilities: Orders ManagementComplaint and returns ManagementInserting updated prices into management system Keeping the price lists update Contact with clients and keep high quality relationships with them EducationDegree in Economics (preferable)ExperiencesAt least 2 years of experience in productive industries Language SkillsEnglish fluentComputer SkillsGood knowledge of the main IT tools. Mastery of Excel is mandatory.Soft Skills:Problem solvingStrong aptitude for communication and interpersonal relationshipsOpenness to change and continuous learningPropensity for teamworkWillingness to work in an international context
