Job Description The MD, reporting directly to the Group's President, will be responsible for the following tasks: Provides vision and guidance to ensure alignment with company goals and values, based on profitability, high ROCE, and streamlined investments. Formulates and implements business strategies to drive growth, focusing on a global supply chain and externalising non-core fabrications. Manages P&L, budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation. Builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and partners. Leads and mentors the management team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. The Successful Applicant The ideal candidate has a Master's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration, with natural leadership, a proven track record in achieving results in entrepreneurial environments independently, goal orientation, strong drive, and decision-making skills. Excellent interpersonal and verbal reasoning skills will allow them to challenge and review the Plant performance, driving the growth needed by working with the talented management team.
