Latam Fiat Manager

Responsibilities: Manage/own operational relationship with key payments partner in Latam, driving their roadmap and outcomes to create best in class customer experiences for our customers.
Partner with the PMs, Product, and Tech to drive innovation and constantly improve the user experience.
Support launches of new payment options and partner onboarding.
Manage and develop external/internal channels to operate 24x7x365 support and payments system processes.
Maintain knowledge of industry best practices, trends, and performance benchmarks.
Contribute requirements and insight to create world class products and processes to operate a global online payment platform.
Identify operational gaps in new offerings and set operational requirements for new projects.
Perform ad hoc analyses and provide recommendations as requested.
Onsite role.
Requirements: 5+ years' experience in a similar role.
Experience with either a payments processor, issuing bank, and/or fintech payments company is strongly preferred.
5+ years experience in similar role/ experience as a Program Manager.
Great influencing and negotiation skills.
Ability to prioritize critical work and manage expectations, deal with interruptions, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment.
Strong work ethic, good judgment, initiative, and attention to detail.
Ability to understand how the business operates and the commercial upstream and downstream activities.
Strong research, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and analytical skills.
The ability to represent the company and brand excellently.
Knowledge and interest in the world of Binance and cryptocurrency is a plus.
English and Spanish Business level or native.
