We're currently in search of a Technical Customer Support Specialist fluent in both German and English. This role is ideal for a proactive individual eager to engage with our diverse customer base and provide top-tier technical assistance for our lighting systems. You will serve as the frontline support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues across various communication channels and Teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist our customers, by telephone and/or in person, to analyse and resolve electrical issuesEnsure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries, maintaining a high standard of serviceCollaborate closely with team members to streamline tasks and workflows, optimizing our technical support operationsRequired Skills:
Fluent in German and English with excellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience with electrical systems and driver programming is preferred for this position, knowledge of raspberry use is a big plusThe possibility of traveling within the region, and to EuropeStrong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to troubleshooting technical issuesNice to Haves:
Demonstrated autonomy in managing tasks efficientlyExcellent organizational skills for effective time management and task prioritizationExceptional interpersonal abilities, enabling effective interaction with diverse customersWhat we offer:
