What we offerSupport in reconciling work and family lifeEurope-wide employee app "LEAPP"Discounts on accommodation and in the restaurants of the Fattal Hotel GroupTraining and development programmes at our Leonardo AcademyTeam eventsYour Main DutiesDocumentary control of various existing contracts and related scheduled interventionsRequests for quotations and search for new suppliersInquiries from various internal customers, quotes and related order issuance (kettles, coffee machines etc.)Control of invoices and related costsScanning of technical archivesOnline purchases - complete management of various accounts from research, arrival control and related invoiceActive participation in various online and in-person meetings, retrieval or creation of documents and/or tasks to be done to achieve Green Key certificationResearch of all German supplier orders and/or contracts, cost control and invoicesExtraction of all hotel data roomsBack up for order issuance, technical assistanceMonitoring work progress, adherence to budget and KPI performanceVerifying and complying with occupational safety and accident prevention regulationsSupporting the Chief Engineer with the daily tasksYour ProfileBE YOURSELF - Be authentic and yourselfDiploma or degree in a technical field (Geometra and/or Engineering Degree)1-year experience in a similar role would be a plusGood knowledge of the Office package (Outlook, Word, Excel in particular)Excellent knowledge of English and/or German languageDynamism and proactivityStrong goal orientationExcellent time management and prioritization of activitiesGood aptitude for communication and interpersonal relationsStrong organizational skillsHourly availability and flexibilityWillingness to travel as neededAt Leonardo we are open and tolerant and value you for who you are - regardless of your origin and religion, your gender and age, your sexual orientation or possible impairments.
