A strong commitment to innovation and solid environmental, social, and civil responsibility: these are the values that guide every decision and activity within our group.Our business units and companies specialize in media management and performance advertising, research and development of advanced e-commerce solutions, and the production of just-in-time and made-to-order clothing.To carry out our mission, we are looking for a Digital Advertising Specialist to join our team.WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO TAKE CARE OF:Defining Advertising Strategies: Develop and implement advertising strategies to promote the company's products and services across various channels;Campaign Planning: Plan, coordinate, and launch advertising campaigns on different platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn);Budget Management: Plan and manage the budget, monitor spending, and maintain cost control;Content Development: Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop compelling and relevant ads, including copy, design, and messaging;Campaign Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor campaign performance using analysis tools and key KPIs (e.g., CPM, CPC, ROI, conversion rate), analyze campaign data to assess effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and generate detailed reports;Vendor Management: Coordinate the planning and execution of advertising campaigns with external partners.WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO BRING WITH YOU:Degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Marketing, or similar;At least 4-6 years of experience in the role, preferably in digital sector companies;Excellent verbal and written communication skills;Strong knowledge of English (B2/C1);Familiarity with advertising and analysis tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads;Creative and analytical approach.NICE TO HAVE:Previous experience in large-scale project management;Previous international experience;Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.WHAT WE WOULD LIKE TO OFFER YOU:Join an innovative team during an exciting growth phase: be part of a 100% Made in Italy success story;Opportunity to grow rapidly in your role and beyond, through a career progression program;Independence and full autonomy in shaping your work the way you prefer and proposing changes and improvements;Contract: CCNL Commerce, 1-year fixed-term with the possibility of renewal to permanent;Hybrid Work setup;Spacious office in the heart of Caserta;Team Events Office Snacks.D,EI STATEMENTAt Visio Digital Partner, we celebrate diversity and view it as an opportunity for growth and enrichment.
