Descrizione del Ruolo: Crown è alla ricerca di un Parts Coordinator motivato e organizzato per unirsi al nostro team.
Il candidato ideale sarà responsabile della gestione degli ordini, dei magazzini e degli inventari, garantendo che tutte le parti necessarie siano disponibili per supportare le operazioni Service.
Questo ruolo richiede eccellenti capacità organizzative, attenzione ai dettagli e una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
Responsabilità: - Gestire e processare gli ordini di parti di ricambio in modo tempestivo ed efficiente.
- Mantenere l'organizzazione del magazzino, assicurando che le parti siano facilmente accessibili.
- Monitorare e gestire gli inventari per garantire la disponibilità delle parti necessarie, minimizzando i tempi di inattività.
- Collaborare strettamente con il Service Manager per prevedere le esigenze future e pianificare gli acquisti.
- Gestire gli ordini dei fornitori per garantire consegne puntuali.
- Utilizzare sistemi informatici per tracciare gli ordini, gestire le scorte e visionare i report sull'inventario.
- Comunicare efficacemente con i tecnici e il personale Service per comprendere e soddisfare le richieste.
- Assicurare il rispetto delle procedure aziendali nel magazzino e nei furgoni.
