This means you will be part of an international organization working with colleagues of different nationalities and experience, and all the excitement coming from a local approach.Mission:As Senior Brand Manager, you will proactively contribute to drawing the Brand Strategy of one of the most iconic brands in Italy and within the Company's portfolio, then drafting and implementing marketing plans for the managed categories.We have the ingredients for your new role:Being a pillar of the Marketing Team and reporting to a Marketing Manager, this role grants the chance to truly act on all the marketing levers – making things happenYour main tasks will be:Contribute to Brand Strategy's definition, leveraging all the marketing levers and then drafting and implementing your products' Marketing Plan;Portfolio management to identify internal and external areas of opportunities, foresee challenges and act upon them;Proactively lead the Category's growth through 360 innovation (from concept to in-store execution), working closely with the cross-functional teams;Recognize business opportunities by interpreting consumers' behaviours and rooted in sell-out or ad-hoc analyses;Manage your own categories' marketing budget;Contribute to Communications Plans – ATL/BTL – definition, by interacting with dedicated agencies.Requirements:If you have...6+ years of experience within Marketing teams;At least 36 months of Brand Management experience, even better within International brands;Experience in working with PL and solid commercial acumen;Experience in 360 NPD launches, managing diverse stakeholders;And you are...A strong communicator, with great empathy;Fluent in English and Italian;A Team Player with great drive;Eager for a new challenge;Proactive....Taste your future as a STAR by applying for this roleThe culture at STAR and GB Foods respects and values diversity.
