Ricerchiamo una Risorsa da inserire come Groups & Events Coordinator .

MANSIONI
La risorsa, riportando al Direttore e secondo le direttive del team Sales, dovrà occuparsi delle seguenti attività: Gestione prenotazioni e coordinamento di tutto il segmento Gruppi ed Eventi;
Predisposizione, gestione e archiviazione delle offerte e quotazioni;
Corrispondenza e follow-up con i potenziali clienti;
Predisposizione Site inspection in Hotel;
Negoziazione e contrattualizzazione dell'Evento;
Gestione in loco dell'Evento, garantendo il pieno rispetto degli standard di qualità.

Il/La candidato/a ideale ha maturato una precedente esperienza in posizione analoga all'interno del segmento luxury hospitality, inoltre possiede i seguenti requisiti: Fluente conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese scritta e parlata. Gradita la conoscenza di un'altra lingua straniera
Conoscenza dei principali software alberghieri (Opera, Scrigno)
Ottime capacità organizzative e relazionali
Ottime capacità di negoziazione e problem solving;
Rappresenterà titolo preferenziale la residenza a Firenze e zone limitrofe
