Wir suchen einen dynamischen und motivierten 'Data Architect' (m/w/d), der den Wandel vorantreibt und unsere Entwicklung hin zu einer datengesteuerten Organisation unterstützt.Primäre AufgabenEnge Zusammenarbeit mit den Vertretern der Business Domain, um den Bedarf und die Anforderungen von Daten zu erkennen und effiziente Lösungen umzusetzenEntwurf moderner Datenmodelle zur Unterstützung strategischer UnternehmensinitiativenZusammenarbeit mit Data Engineer, um die ordnungsgemäße Implementierung von Datenmodellen sicherzustellenDu fungierst als Bezugspunkt für Best Practices im DatenmanagemenAnforderungen:Abgeschlossener Hochschulabschluss oder gleichwertige Erfahrung in einem analogen Bereich (Informatik, Informatik-Ingenieur, Data Science usw.)Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Einführung komplexer DatenmodelleUmfassende Kenntnisse von relationalen und nicht-relationalen DatenbankenErfahrung in der Verwaltung großer Datenmengen und im Entwurf skalierbarer ArchitekturenAusgezeichnete kommunikative und Teamwork-FähigkeitenErgebnisorientierung und Problem Solving-KompetenzenBeherrschung der Grundsätze der Data Governance und DatenschutzbestimmungenFließende Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache, Deutschkenntnisse sind von VorteilWas wir bieten:Dynamisches UmfeldTeamarbeit, die auf Verbesserungen und das Erreichen von Zielen ausgerichtet istEin an die individuelle Leistung gekoppeltes PrämensystemBetriebliches WelfareFlexible ArbeitszeitenHaben wir Dein Interesse geweckt?
