Stiamo cercando un Lead Data Architect (M/F/d) altamente talentuoso e motivato per unirsi al nostro team dinamico. In questo ruolo avrai l'opportunità di plasmare il futuro della nostra azienda, collaborando direttamente con le figure di business domain e i data engineer per guidare la nostra trasformazione in una vera e propria azienda data-driven.

La tua leadership sarà fondamentale nel guidare il design dei modelli dati per supportare le nostre iniziative di crescita e digitalizzazione.

Mansioni primarie
- Collaborare strettamente con le figure di business domain per comprendere le esigenze e i requisiti dei dati
- Progettare e sviluppare modelli dati efficienti e scalabili per supportare le iniziative aziendali
- Lavorare in sinergia con i data engineer per garantire una corretta implementazione dei modelli dati
- Definire e guidare l'implementazione delle best practices per la gestione dei dati
- Partecipare attivamente alla definizione della data strategy aziendale
- Monitorare costantemente l'evoluzione delle tecnologie e delle best practices nel campo dell'architettura dati
- Fornire supporto e consulenza al team su questioni relative all'architettura e alla gestione dei dati

Requisiti
- Laurea o esperienza equivalente in un campo correlato (Informatica, Ingegneria Informatica, Scienze dei Dati, etc.)
- Comprovata esperienza nel design e nell'implementazione di modelli dati complessi
- Conoscenza approfondita di database relazionali e non relazionali
- Competenza nella gestione di grandi volumi di dati e nella progettazione di architetture scalabili
- Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione e di lavoro in team
- Orientamento ai risultati e capacità di problem solving
- Conoscenza dei principi di governance dei dati e delle normative sulla privacy
- Esperienza pregressa in ruoli simili, preferibilmente in contesti aziendali in rapida crescita
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese, un plus la conoscenza della lingua tedesca
