Per multinazionale leader nel settore Petfood (FMCG) ricerchiamo, in ottica di ampliamento del team di Manutenzione del plant in provincia di Pavia, un Maintenance Manager.
Offerta
Il Maintenance Manager, rispondendo al Plant Director, si occuperà di:
- Definire e gestire i processi di manutenzione al fine di creare e rafforzare procedure di a tutti i livelli (predittiva, preventiva / programmata e correttiva)
- Definire e gestire il budget per gli investimenti per l'area di manutenzione
- Coordinare il personale diretto (4/5 risorse) e tutto il personale esterno
- Supervisionare sulla corretta operatività dei propri operatori nel rispetto del regolamento aziendale, intervenendo direttamente in caso di inadempienze
- Formare ed informare il proprio personale secondo le procedure, le istruzioni operative, le norme di sicurezza e di igiene sul lavoro
- Garantire il rispetto degli standard ed il miglioramento continuo delle prestazioni, in termini di costi industriali e lead time dei processi produttivi, sempre nel rispetto degli standard aziendali relativi a Sicurezza, Ambiente e Qualità.
Competenze ed esperienza
- Diploma o Laurea Tecnica
- Pregressa esperienza con ruoli di responsabilità nella funzione all'interno del settore food/petfood
- Solide capacità organizzative e gestionali
- Capacità di calarsi in un contesto dove dover lavorare sullo sviluppo ed il miglioramento dei processi e la relativa formazione del personale
- Gradita buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
