Il/la Responsabile del settore Comunicazione e Raccolta Fondi ha come obiettivo, in accordo e sotto la supervisione della Direzione Generale, lo sviluppo e il coordinamento delle attività di fundraising e di comunicazione della Fondazione.

L’obiettivo principale della funzione è quello di coordinare le attività di raccolta fondi da persone fisiche, aziende e fondazioni, al fine di aumentarne i volumi e di contribuire alla sostenibilità della missione di Amref Health Africa - Italia e dei progetti in corso.

Dovrà, dunque, contribuire sia all’aumento dei finanziamenti privati che alla crescita della notorietà del brand e dei valori dell’associazione attraverso attività di visibilità e promozione sul territorio nazionale prevedendo di:

- Incrementare il numero dei donatori;
- Incrementare l’ammontare donato;
- Consolidare un rapporto duraturo e continuo con i donatori;
- Mantenere un rapporto costi/ benefici efficiente ed efficace;
- Orientare gli investimenti;
- Incrementare la visibilità e la conoscenza del brand;
- Aumentare il posizionamento istituzionale.

**1. Attività e responsabilità**
- Sviluppa ed implementa la strategia di comunicazione e fundraising in Italia, in linea con la strategia globale della Family di cui Amref Italia fa parte.
- Struttura e sviluppa il piano annuale di fundraising e comunicazione, definendo i budget di entrate e di uscite relativi ai principali canali e strumenti della raccolta fondi.
- Coordina e supervisiona un team di circa 20 persone, organizzate in 3 aree: Fundraising Individui (donatori regolari e one-off, middle program, 5xmille, regali dolidali ed e
- commerce), High Value Donors (aziende e partners, major donor program, lasciti, fondazioni), Comunicazione e Digital (branding, ufficio stampa, digital e social media, pr e testimonial).
- Definisce gli obiettivi dei suoi riporti, ed elabora insieme a loro le strategie ed i piani operativi della raccolta fondi (solo come esempio non onnicomprensivo: face to face, drtv, direct marketing, digital fundraising, grandi donatori e lasciti, corporate fundraising, ecc.) e della comunicazione (branding e contenuti, piano media, attività di ufficio stampa e media relations, comunicazione istituzionale, eventi, attività di social media, ecc.);
- Assicura l’implementazione dei piani ed il monitoraggio delle attività a livello di kpi strategici;
- Si assicura che le attività delle aree interne al settore siano fluide e integrate, e coordinate con i piani e le attività degli altri settori dell’organizzazione;
- Supervisiona le attività dei coordinatori e coordina i processi di valutazione interni al settore;
- Partecipa alla gestione di Amref Health Africa in Italia attraverso il Senior Management Team (SMT) - che ha l’obiettivo di trattare, in maniera partecipativa, gli aspetti più importanti della gestione, nonché di condividere le decisioni più rilevanti al fine di creare le giuste sinergie e far convergere il lavoro dei diversi settori nel perseguimento degli obiettivi dell’Organizzazione nel suo insieme;
- Assicura il coordinamento e lo scambio di informazioni con gli altri responsabili di settore sulle attività in corso e sulle necessità di collaborazione, attraverso le riunioni del Senior Management Team (SMT), riunioni ad hoc e comunicazioni periodiche;
- Partecipa ad incontri con grandi donatori e aziende, e cura le relazioni con alcuni fornitori/agenzie chiave;
- Rappresenta Amref Italia all’interno della Family nei gruppi di lavoro relativi alla Comunicazione, al Fundraising, e guida alcune aree di expertise a livello globale (es. brand building, digital fundraising, DRTV);
