**Client Description**:
We are looking for our prestigious client, in the Medical Sector, an Head of Marketing to develop the portfolio brands in the Italian market and the lead generation strategy that will enable the team to reach the growth targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversight of current lead generation channels by defining the strategy and supervising the execution of internal and agency personnel
- Online: SEM, Social, Programmatic, partnerships, affiliates
- Offline: radio, TV, billboard and print
- Exploration of new lead generation channels (e.g. new formats, partnerships or sources);
- Oversight of agency agreements and performance;
- Proposing, executing and controlling the marketing budget for the country;
- Allocating test budgets and ultimately owning results for marketing activities (Leads, consultations booked initiated by marketing, Cost per Lead, Cost per each important funnel phase);
- Able to evidence having deployed highly data-driven, ROI-based marketing activities that have delivered commercial success;
- Previous ownership for marketing budgets and forecasting activities;
- Experience in managing and scaling online acquisition channels. Will have built best-in-class and data-driven inbound lead-process, bringing sales and marketing together efficiently;
- Understanding of offline marketing;
- Ensuring that the marketing mix (which will include SEM, SEO, social media, display, affiliates and outreach) is optimized at all times, across channels and regions;
- Understanding of attribution modeling and how to interpret results from different models to determine the importance of bottom, mid, and upper funnel activities;
- Expertise in digital audience optimisation, creative, messaging, design, and / or user experience is a plus;
- Experience setting agency agreements (RfPs, Statements of Work, Service Level Agreements, resource tracking templates);
- Experience adhering to agency review processes such as weekly meetings, standardized reporting and joint backlogs;
- Recognizes the importance of maintaining a clear and strong brand and ideally has experience doing so;
- Experience operating in healthcare and lead generation businesses (nice to have);
- Will ideally have operated in healthcare where patient awareness/ interest needs to be generated. Will also ideally have exposure to lead generation business models;
- Will have strong intellect and high learning agility;
- Must be a doer, able to roll up their sleeves, get their hands dirty and knows where their help is needed versus where they can delegate. Finally, will be a strong communicator, listener, collaborative and able to influence well in a multi-country matrix structure;
