Si ricerca Tecnico qualificato nel ruolo di Project Manager esperto, per la gestione delle commesse di impianti termofluidici, condizionamento, antincendio e idraulici, in grado di svolgere le proprie mansioni lavorando in squadra con collaboratori competenti in un ambiente di lavoro dinamico e attento alla crescita professionale.

Le competenze richieste:

- conoscenza di natura técnica/metodologica nel contesto del progetto
- capacità di problem solving
- abilità nella gestione delle relazioni e dei rapporti interpersonali
- competenze di comunicazione
- buona conoscenza dei principali pacchetti software (Office, Autocad, Project, Edilclima)

Le principali mansioni includono:

- pianificazione e gestione del progetto dettagliato (risorse umane, capitale economico e tempo previsto) orientando le attività e le risorse assegnate al progetto in ogni fase.
- Analizzare i rischi del progetto e proporre soluzioni per i problemi riscontrati
- Coordinamento dei sotto-progetti
- Monitoraggio dello stato di avanzamento dei lavori per assicurare il rispetto delle previsioni e dei risultati nei limiti di budget.
- Gestire le comunicazioni verso il team, verso gli stakeholders e verso soggetti terzi (clienti, fornitori).
