**Posizione**:
**Program Overview**

The program has a duration of 18 to 24 months, which will include in-restaurant training and 2 to 3 rotations among different business areas and/or countries.

Throughout the program, you will be exposed to our business leaders and have unparalleled networking opportunities both with them and among other graduates & team members. You will gain a broad view of our business from outside your initial area of expertise to help you grow and develop your project management and leadership skills.

You will be assigned a mentor, who will coach you personally. Through systematic, quality feedback, you will achieve self-insight (strengths/weaknesses) and improve your self-management in order to achieve your goals.

Upon successful completion of the program, you will be placed in a select role within one of our business units based on your preferences and our needs. The opportunities include: Finance, Controlling, Marketing, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Information Technology or Operations and Development.

**Requisiti**:
**Program Requirements**

Education and Professional Experience:

- Master’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing Management preferred
- Minimum 1 year of work experience
- Fluent in English and French,
- other European languages highly recommended (German, Dutch)
- Proficiency in Excel is required, experience with reporting tools (BI) is preferred
- Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail
- Excellent project management skills, result-oriented and ability to think out-of-the-box

Personal Requirements:

- Available to start in full-time employment / valid EU work permit is mandatory
- Willing and able to travel and internationally mobile
- Able to analyze strategic concepts, understand business strategy
- Able to work independently, resourceful and solution-oriented
- Strong communication skills, ability to connect with multiple stakeholders across different departments and countries/cultures
