Il ruolo:
Per il nostro stabilimento di Montecchio Maggiore (VI), con oltre 800 dipendenti, cerchiamo un Business Application Specialist (BAS) che sarà responsabile del lancio e dell'aggiornamento dei prodotti, dello sviluppo dei programmi, dell'aggiunta di nuove funzioni, della comunicazione con il mercato e della formazione. Inoltre, avrà l’obiettivo di collaborare con il business ed il team di esperti per tradurre nuove conoscenze in spefiche e guidarle dall’ideazione al lancio. Il suo obiettivo principale sarà quello di inserire i nostri prodotti nei sistemi di vendita e di farli funzionare secondo le applicazioni e le funzioni del mondo reale. Sarà un esperto di prodotti e di sistemi di vendita con il principale scopo di allinearli alle nostre strategie commerciali.

Principali responsabilità:

- Creare, gestire e fornire le specifiche per lo sviluppo dei programmi.
- Conversione delle specifiche in documentazione di sistema e materiale di formazione
- Creazione delle timelines in base al lancio dei prodotti.
- Pianificazione e realizzazione dei progetti in base al piano e agli obiettivi concordati.
- Gestione dello sviluppo di nuove funzioni per allinearsi al lancio dei prodotti
- Coordinamento con i responsabili interfunzionali delle Business Unit
- Mantenimento e miglioramento delle principali applicazioni aziendali interne
- Comunicazione con le parti interessate, ottenendo VOC e feedback regolari
- Collaborare con gli utenti per fornire formazione, risolvere problemi e correggere errori.
- Condurre i progetti di sviluppo dei processi secondo i principi del PULS o processi equivalenti.

Ulteriori responsabilità:

- Assicurare che la documentazione delle applicazioni sia aggiornata
- Comunicazione con le parti interessate in merito alla roadmap delle applicazioni
- Creazione e mantenimento di una tabella di marcia quinquennale delle applicazioni gestite
- Partecipare alle discussioni sul budget IT per la manutenzione e i progetti per il rispettivo portafoglio di strumenti
- Assegnare e dare priorità alle attività di supporto al prodotto e all'applicazione (PAS, Smart support, Bugzilla, JIRA)
- Tracciare le prestazioni degli strumenti di vendita rispetto agli obiettivi e alle scadenze in Jira o in un sistema e/o processo equivalente.
- Mantenere aggiornati i sistemi di vendita

Qualifiche:

- Laurea specialistica o magistrale
- 2-5 anni di esperienza in un ruolo simile.
- Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese e dell'italiano
- Attitudine alla gestione dei progetti
- Conoscenza di MS Project, MS Office e SharePoint

Qualifiche preferenziali:

- Formazione o esperienza nella stesura di specifiche di requisiti per progetti IT.
- Modellazione dei processi
- Modellazione delle informazioni
- Sviluppo di sistemi IT, Agile, test di sistemi IT, Jira
- Miglioramento continuo - Lean Six Sigma e gestione del cambiamento

TRASFERTE: 15% principalmente in Europa

LOCATION: Montecchio Maggiore (VI)

CONTRATTO: Indeterminato, full time
