Title and Summary

Director Cyber, Advisors Client Services, Strategy & Transformation

Mastercard Advisors, the professional services arm of Mastercard Worldwide, provides payments-focused consulting, marketing, information and risk management services to financial institutions and merchants worldwide. With its unique category expertise, deep understanding of customer needs and successful track record in addressing complex challenges throughout the payments lifecycle, Mastercard Advisors addresses the challenges and opportunities of its clients, enhances Mastercard's strategic and tactical performance and establishes Mastercard's global thought-leadership preeminence.

Role Responsibilities:
The Director Cyber serves as Subject Matter Expert responsible for directing large complex Cyber engagements for major MCA accounts across Europe:

- Delivers large Consulting projects leveraging Mastercard Cyber solutions and develops strategies and programs for large, strategically important regional and global clients;
- Implements/communicates strategies to achieve goals, acts as advisor to and maintains ongoing relationships with client executives;
- Monitors project budget and takes corrective action as required.
- Partners with internal key stakeholders and global practice/product leads to create new offerings and/or potential refinements to existing offerings to increase sales opportunities.
- Supports efforts to position Mastercard as thought leaders in the Cyber industry. Works to develop high quality, world class, points of view and intellectual capital on hot topics relevant to the Cyber industry and of importance to C-suite executives.

Experiences
- Expert knowledge in Cyber from a top-rated consulting firm or Cyber company
- Experience helping financial institutions at the executive leadership level
- Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification. Advanced degree or MBA preferred
- Full English business proficiency, additional languages are desirable
