**SCOPO DELLA POSIZIONE**

L'obiettivo principale dello BUSINESS SCOUT è identificare e sviluppare nuove opportunità di business attraverso un processo efficace di scouting e gestione dei prospect, utilizzando strumenti di CRM per massimizzare il potenziale commerciale dell'azienda. Il BUSINESS SCOUT avrà il compito di ampliare la rete di contatti dell'azienda e garantire una pipeline continua di nuovi clienti potenziali.

**RESPONSABILITÀ**
- Assicurare l'efficacia e l'aggiornamento costante del sistema CRM per garantire una gestione ottimale dei dati dei prospect e facilitare le attività di follow-up, gestisce l’intero processo di pipeline del CRM.
- Utilizzare tecniche di market analysis per identificare potenziali clienti nei mercati di interesse.
- Analizzare il potenziale commerciale dei prospect e valutare la fattibilità delle opportunità di business all’interno del processo di CRM.
- Cercare eventi, fiere e incontri di settore per ampliare la rete di contatti e identificare nuove opportunità di business.
- Lavorare in stretta relazione con il Responsabile Commerciale per garantire una transizione efficace dei lead qualificati e supportare la chiusura degli accordi.

**MANSIONI DI DETTAGLIO**
- Eseguire ricerche di mercato per identificare nuove tendenze, settori emergenti e potenziali clienti. Utilizzare database e strumenti di analisi per segmentare e targetizzare i prospect.
- Qualificare i lead raccolti attraverso varie fonti e inserirli nel CRM con informazioni dettagliate per un follow-up efficace.
- Implementare le strategie specifiche per l'approccio ai nuovi prospect, personalizzate in base al tipo di industria e al potenziale di mercato.
- Preparare report periodici sullo stato delle attività di scouting, inclusi i progressi sui lead e l'analisi delle conversioni.
- Aggiornare continuativamente i sistemi di gestione del CRM per garantire informazione valida, gestire l’agenda commerciale e il processo di re-call.
