Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Materials Innovation Manager to join our Sustainable Innovation Department at Moncler. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading innovative initiatives and driving advancements in our material landscape.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, initiate, oversee, and monitor innovative projects in collaboration with our suppliers, start-ups, and various business functions.
  • Analyse and scout innovative opportunities, materials, and technologies to drive business growth and improve our material library.
  • Collaborate with all departments to ensure project goals and deadlines are met.
  • Research and compare new materials, solutions, and processing technologies to enhance our knowledge and material library.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate background in Chemical and Materials Engineering or Management Engineering or any other relevant scientific background.
  • At least 8 years of experience in R&D and project management within structured companies or consulting firms.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain management in textile industry, printing, and dyehouse.
  • Technical knowledge of textile chemical engineering and processes and/or materials science.

Desirable Skills

  • Demonstrates proactivity, problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
