Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Content Strategist and Brand Voice Specialist to join our dynamic team and support our expanding e-commerce business, performance marketing initiatives, and overall media presence. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of and a genuine passion for motorsport, motorcycling, and the Alpinestars brand.
Key Responsibilities:
• Write clear, compelling, and on-brand copy for product descriptions, marketing materials, website content, and other e-commerce assets.
• Develop engaging and innovative content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create captivating visuals and graphics that complement written content.
• Manage content calendars and schedules to ensure timely delivery of content across all channels.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, motorsport events, and product launches to generate relevant and timely content.
• Optimize content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
• Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and inform future content strategies.
• Uphold brand guidelines and ensure consistency in messaging and tone of voice across all communication channels.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in copywriting, content creation, or a related role, preferably in the motorsport industry.
• Native-level proficiency in English with exceptional writing and editing skills.
• Deep knowledge and passion for motorsport, motorcycling, and the Alpinestars brand.
• Proven track record of creating engaging and effective content for e-commerce, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
• Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
