- **HEAD OF HR COST MANAGEMENT & ANALYTICS**

La risorsa inserita nella Direzione Risorse Umane e supportata da un team, si dovrà occupare delle seguenti attività:

- **Gestione e controllo dell’outsourcer di Payroll & Administration in termini di**:

- Gestione del livello di servizio sulla base dell'analisi della performance/incidenti operativi attraverso meeting ricorrenti;
- Evoluzione del modello di servizio in coerenza con le esigenze normative e aziendali;
- Gestione run degli outsourcer;
- Revisione annuale del contratto di outsourcing nei sui aspetti tecnici ed economici;
**Budget e controllo costi**:

- Preparazione del budget annuale del costo del lavoro e monitoraggio del forecast VS budget di spesa;
- Preparazione e monitoraggio evoluzione headcount in collaborazione con HRBP e produzione della reportistica periodica verso Finance;
- Evoluzione della reportistica HR (in ottica innovativa) e analisi ad hoc;
- Gestione del ciclo passivo del perimetro funzione HR;
- Supervisione e Controllo altri costi HR relativamente alle attività di competenza.

**Supporto al team HRBP**:

- Supporto nella attività di operative/gestione quali indagini retributive e di settore;
- Monitoraggio anagrafiche e organici;
- Gestione adempimenti amministrativi/ bonifici stipendi etc;
- Gestione dei Benefit (corretta applicazione dei benefits aziendali sulla base delle previsioni della contrattazione collettiva nazionale ed aziendale) e al Dlgs 81.

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea ad indirizzo giuridico/economico/STEM;
- Ottima conoscenza di tematiche di amministrazione e gestione dei costi HR, conoscenza approfondita della legislazione in materia di lavoro e del CCNL Assicurativo.;
- Conoscenza degli elementi di base di ingegneria del software e della programmazione ad oggetti;
- Gradita la conoscenza di base di tematiche/tecniche attuariali ed elementi base di programmazione ad oggetti;
- Esperienza di almeno 7 anni nell’ambito preferibilmente maturata all’interno di Compagnie Assicurative;
- Ottima conoscenza del Pacchetto Office e in particolare di Excel, Power BI e principali Database, preferibile conoscenza di applicativi evoluti di reporting e analisi;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata).
