La divisione Business Assurance eroga servizi di Certificazione di Sistemi di Gestione e di Supplier Management, certificazione dei principali sistemi di gestione (ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, ISO50001) in accreditamento nazionale ed internazionale, capacità sulle principali attività settoriali (Automotive ISO TS 16949, Aereospace AS/EN9100, ISO39001, ecc.) con competenza técnica e gestionale locale in riferimento ad accreditamenti internazionali. Servizio di Qualifica e Sviluppo Forniture, audit di Corporate Social Responsability, Standard dei maggiori settori Industriali, Controllo Performance, Supporto sullo Sviluppo Prodotto e Processi gestioni Esclation e Stati Speciali di Fornitura.

**Cosa ti aspetta**:
Riportando all’ Head of Sales Italy, avrai la responsabilità di contribuire alla crescita delle vendite, del fatturato e della marginalità della Business Line. Questo prevede lo sviluppo e l’esecuzione di strategie di Business per attrarre nuovi clienti e mantenere quelli esistenti, sviluppandoli al tempo stesso. Il ruolo include di operare in sinergia con il Dipartimento Operations, per facilitare la delivery dei servizi, promuovere aree strategiche di business ed identificare nuove opportunità sul mercato.
**Responsabilità**:
- sviluppare ed implementare strategie commerciali e piani d'azione, in linea con i target di vendita definiti dal Management
- operare, seguendo le direttive aziendali, per raggiungere gli obiettivi di fatturato e di marginalità prefissati
- sviluppo di opportunità di business su clienti prospect nei settori definiti (hunting)
- mantenenimento e sviluppo dei clienti esistenti (farming), in ottica di upselling
- gestire la negoziazione di accordi commerciali, dalla definizione técnica all’emissione dell’offerta
- operare in un’ottica di cross selling con le altre linee di business
- essere l’interfaccia fra i clienti e le strutture Operations coinvolte, al fine di raggiungere i target prefissati
- aggiornamento del CRM aziendale ed attività di reporting
**Requisiti**:
**Cosa cerchiamo**:
- Laurea, o titolo di studio equivalente
- 5+ anni di gestione delle attività di vendita, con approccio proattivo e innovativo nell’ambito dei servizi di Assurance, Certification, Sostenibilità, Responsabilità Sociale d’Impresa
- Forte capacità di negoziazione e dimostrate capacità di penetrazione strategica del mercato
- Buon inglese, scritto e parlato Disponibilità per eventuali trasferte su territorio nazionale - in particolare Nord e Centro Italia
