Job Summary:

This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with enterprise clients to ensure their satisfaction and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the organization's products and services, as well as the ability to identify opportunities for expansion and improve profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive value for clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and develop targeted solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through regular communication and issue resolution.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce clients to additional products or services.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide clients with valuable insights and suggestions.
Requirements:
  • Four-year degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Typically 0-2 years of work experience in customer relationship management or a related field.
