Job Title: Channel Account Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Account Manager to join our team at Adecco Italia Spa. As a Channel Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts
  • Develop and implement partner enablement and training plans to drive sales growth
  • Coordinate the involvement of company personnel to meet partner performance objectives and expectations
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas and revenue goals
  • Proactively lead joint partner planning processes to develop mutual performance objectives and critical milestones

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in partners sales and/or territory management in Unified Communication sectors
  • A recognized and consistent contact list of strategic partners in the Unified Communication market
  • Experience building business and marketing plans with partners, with the Distribution channel model, in sales forecasting, opportunity identification, and drive to close
