Come Telesales Hunter sarai responsabile della crescita del portafoglio clienti esistenti nel ramo SME Accounts, con contatti telefonici e se necessario telematici.

Nello specifico, ti occuperai di:
1. Monitoraggio dei lead generati in Salesforce quotidianamente

2. Contattare nuovi lead entro 24 ore dall'arrivo della richiesta

3. Analizzare la richiesta del cliente e sviluppare un'offerta in linea con l'esigenza di Business

4. Proporre prodotti e servizi adeguati al target e all'utilizzo

5. Intervenire con nuove proposte, nel caso in cui la prima offerta non sia totalmente allineata

6. Inviare il contratto entro i tempi stabiliti

7. Monitorare lo stato dell'offerta, assicurandosi che il cliente proceda con il noleggio

8. Fornire supporto in fase di prenotazione ed assicurarsi che il noleggio vada a buon fine

9. Aggiornare i sistemi con le azioni di follow up attraverso il Gestionale Salesforce

10. Raggiungere i target prestabiliti in termini di vendita e di qualità dei processi

Requisiti richiesti:
1. Almeno 2 anni di esperienza nelle vendite e nel Customer Service

2. Attitudine per le vendite e predisposizione alla gestione telefonica dei clienti

3. Capacità di analisi della domanda e dei bisogni del cliente e dell'azienda

4. Ottima conoscenza dell’inglese

5. Ottime doti comunicative, relazionali e organizzative

6. Capacità di lavorare sia in autonomia, gestendo in maniera adeguata il proprio tempo, sia in team

7. Capacità di risolvere problemi e proporre soluzioni innovative

8. Conoscenza del pacchetto Office. La conoscenza di Salesforce verrà considerato un plus.

La risorsa verrà inserita presso la sede Centrale di Segrate e farà parte del Team Sales. Orario di Lavoro: Full Time.
