Job Summary

The METTLER TOLEDO Service Team is seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to join our team. As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling and renewing service contracts on the phone and offering spare parts to our clients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales targets by selling Mettler-Toledo service contracts and spare parts;
  • Identify opportunities on the assigned client portfolio;
  • Proactively generate opportunities for other business areas or teams;
  • Be the main point of contact for clients in case of needs and/or complaints.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Bachelor's/Master's degree;
  • At least 1-2 years of B2B service sales experience (preferably as Internal Sales / Inside Sales / Telesales / Internal Account Manager);
  • Intermediate level of English;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office;
  • Proactive and goal-oriented attitude;
  • Good negotiation skills.
