**Customer Service Specialist**:

**CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST**

Diesel Spa ricerca una persona da inserire all’interno del dipartimento **Indirect Markets & Travel Retail**, nello specifico nel team di **Customer Service**. La persona darà supporto nella gestione del portafoglio clienti e sarà responsabile del monitoraggio dei processi d’ordine, dall’evasione degli stessi fino a garantirne la consegna, fornendo un continuo coordinamento e supporto operativo attraverso una costante interfaccia con i clienti e la rete vendita presente sul territorio.

**Descrizione del ruolo**
- Garantire un flusso di comunicazione continuo e completo tra il cliente e l’azienda e anche un aggiornamento continuo del database clienti;
- Garantire che l’intero processo di evasione degli ordini, fino alla consegna della merce al cliente, sia eseguito nel modo più efficiente e soddisfacente, rispettando le linee guida e le scadenze date;
- Gestire un flusso di comunicazione continuo e approfondito con le filiali, i negozi e con le funzioni aziendali, al fine di assicurare un servizio tempestivo ed efficiente;
- In collaborazione con il dipartimento Finance, supportare nelle attività di analisi di vendita relative alla gestione credito e/o fatturazione.

**Requisiti richiesti**
- Diploma di scuola secondaria di secondo livello o Laurea in discipline economiche e/o linguistiche;
- Preferibile esperienza pregressa nel ruolo, maturata in aziende di medie/grandi dimensioni;
- Madrelingua italiana, una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese è obbligatoria. La conoscenza di una seconda lingua straniera costituisce un requisito preferenziale;
- Spiccate capacità comunicative e relazionali, precisione e orientamento al risultato;
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office.
