**Customer Service Global Sales Internship**:
Diesel è un'azienda internazionale ed innovativa, leader nel campo dell'abbigliamento e degli accessori. Dalla sua creazione nell'anno 1978, Diesel ha vissuto una straordinaria crescita, inizialmente come pioniera del mondo del denim, oggi come vera alternativa al mondo del lusso.

Diesel Spa ricerca una persona da inserire all’interno del dipartimento **Global Sales**, nello specifico nell’ufficio **Customer Service**. La persona darà supporto nella gestione del portafoglio clienti e sarà responsabile del monitoraggio dei processi d’ordine, dall’evasione degli stessi fino a garantirne la consegna, fornendo un continuo coordinamento e supporto operativo attraverso una costante interfaccia con i clienti e la rete vendita presente sul territorio.

**Principali attività**
- Segnalazioni eventuali riguardo alla qualità del prodotto o alle consegne, interfacciandosi con la logística o con la produzione;
- Supporto nella evasione degli ordini e nella gestione dei resi e delle eventuali note di accredito al cliente, interfacciandosi con il controllo di gestione per assicurarsi che gli stessi siano allineati a quanto previsto a budget;
- Interfaccia attiva con il dipartimento Finance in merito alle attività di gestione credito e/o fatturazione;
- Supporto per garantire un flusso di comunicazione continuo e approfondito con i clienti, le vendite e le altre funzioni aziendali;
- Supporto per assicurare che tutte le richieste dei clienti siano eseguite in modo tempestivo e che il servizio fornito abbia un livello massimo di efficienza.

**Requisiti richiesti**
- Laurea in discipline linguistiche o economiche;
- Madrelingua italiana, una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese è obbligatoria. La conoscenza di una seconda lingua straniera costituisce un requisito preferenziale;
- Buona conoscenza del Pacchetto Office, in particolare di Excel;
- Precisione, proattività e predisposizione al lavoro in team completano il profilo.
