The Michelin-starred cuisine focuses on regionality, quality, health and excellent service. The love for detail can be seen in the two light-flooded restaurants and on the panoramic terrace.

In the Alchemistic Healing Spa, the first of its kind in the world, the Fragsburg pampers the guests with unique treatments in cosy rooms with breathtaking views.

Job description

In agreement and under the supervision of the Michelin-starred Chef de Cusine Egon Heiss, the resource:
It takes care of the preparations and the service during the breakfasts
Use ingredients respecting established quality standards
checks the peculiarity and presentation of the different courses
collaborates in the reorganization and cleaning of their workplace at the end of the service
Expected placement from now until the beginning of November
An exciting and challenging range of duties in a 5 star hotel with only 20 suites

Profile description
Diploma / qualification / specialization courses
