Claims Management Administrator

To respond to the demands of our growing team and to support our business as efficiently as possible with our increasing activities, Deminor is looking for a talented Claims Management Administrator to join our team.
The role is essential in helping the claims management team deal with our group actions and high-profiles cases, which is at the heart of our business activities. The team is in charge of our client’s files administration and associated records as well as collection and review of the documents and the ongoing communication with our clients in relation to the progress of our recovery actions.
The role is based in our office in Milan.
Deminor is looking for a talented professional interested in developing their skills in the claims management field.
- **Claim’s management**: Administrative management and processing of the client’s file and records. The role holder will manage our client’s database within our CRM system and outside, run regular report to ensure accuracy, perform data checks and cross referencing with other data sources.
- **File management**: documentation analysis and collection, data reconciliation to ensure the accuracy of the data received.
- **General transactional activities** to include typing correspondence, mail merge, filling, data entry, general reporting activities.
You will be part of an international and multidisciplinary team of motivated professionals. You will be based in our office in Milan but will be in regular contact with the Claims Management team based in Brussels.
This role is for** an initial duration of 6 months** but may be extended depending on the requirements of the business.
**About you**:
We believe that to be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate many of the following attributes and skills:
- Fluency in Italian is essential and a good command of English (both verbally and in writing).
- Excellent proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook _etc_.
- Ability to structure data in a CRM system and/or in excel.
- Is pro-active and take initiatives.
- You have outstanding communication skills.
- Previous work experiences related to the management of large amount of documents and data would be ideal.
- You are a client-oriented, autonomous and a team player.
- Outstanding attention to detail, excellent prioritization skills and you are keen on delivering a high-quality output whilst operating under strict deadlines.
- You are pro-active, a quick-learner and flexible.
