**Il ruolo**
WTW è alla ricerca di un **Business Support Supervisor** area Claims Management per la **sede di Milano.**
La risorsa, nell’ambito del Service Center, dovrà occuparsi principalmente della gestione dei sinistri rimborso spese mediche, dei sinistri di altri rami Benefits (Infortuni, vita, ipm) e dell’assistenza agli assicurati (attività telefonica e casella di posta dedicata) di importanti clienti.
- Raccolta ed apertura delle denunce danni da parte del cliente
- Gestione in back office e controllo dei documenti relativi ai sinistri
- Apertura di sinistri
- Gestione amministrativa del danno: istruzione sinistro, rapporto con compagnia di assicurazioni, cliente.
- Assistenza agli assicurati per problematiche relative alla definizione del sinistro
- Assistenza agli assicurati in merito a domande sulle garanzie prestate dalla polizza
- Contatti con i liquidatori delle compagnie di assicurazione per la definizione del danno o delle eventuali criticità della gestione
- Diploma tecnico o commerciale e/o laurea in Giurisprudenza, Economia, Scienze Politiche o equivalente.
- Gradita esperienza pregressa da 2 a 3 anni in ambito assicurativo nell’area Claims.
- Pragmatismo e orientamento al risultato
- Capacità di lavorare in team
- Volontà di apprendere e accettare nuove sfide
- Interesse per l’ambito assicurativo
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese B2 Level
