Paint Mix Room Coordinator

Come PMR Coordinator ti occuperai di coordinare le persone e le varie attività della Paint Mix.
**Key responsibilities**
- Garantire il rispetto del Piano di Produzione e degli standard di sicurezza, coordinando le attività per la gestione e l'operatività del reparto assegnato e supervisionando il personale produttivo assegnato
- Garantire una produzione conforme ai requisiti qualitativi/quantitativi richiesti
- Garantire il rispetto delle regole in materia di EH&S in conformità ai requisiti aziendali e nel rispetto della normativa vigente in merito agli obblighi del preposto
- Distribuire quotidianamente le attività in reparto
- Garantire il corretto passaggio delle consegne e delle informazioni fra i turni
- Presidiare l’operatività del Reparto nel suo complesso durante le attività giornaliere e di turno
- Gestione operativa delle risorse affidate (verifica e programmazione presenza, gestione criticità, etc)
- Erogare la formazione di base dei collaboratori, in merito alle procedure e alle istruzioni operative verificandone il loro rispetto.
Svolge inoltre, in casi di necessità, la funzione di back-up di:
- PMR Operator, caricando in maniera manuale e/o automatica dei materiali nelle macchine di produzione e curando a pulizia di attrezzature di produzione e aree di lavoro
- QC Operator, effettuando il controllo dei prodotti finiti al fine di garantirne la corrispondenza ai requisiti di qualità prefissati
**Requirements**:
- Diploma di scuola media superiore a indirizzo tecnico
- Conoscenza dei prodotti vernicianti e dei sistemi di misura delle caratteristiche come viscosità e pH
- Conoscenza di base impianti di processo (preferibile impianto distribuzione vernici)
- In possesso patentino muletti
