Siamo alla ricerca di un Responsabile chiusure uffici e persona di riferimento per corrieri e manutenzioni dei due uffici in Via Roosevelt e Via Borgo Giannotti a Lucca.

Responsabilita':
La risorsa accede agli uffici dalle ore 7:30 alle 12:30 e controlla che tutto sia in ordine ed in funzione, segnalando le eventuali problematica riscontrate.
- Controlla che le varie ditte di assistenza eseguano le manutenzioni programmate agli impianti presenti nei due stabili: impianto antincendio, impianto antiintrusione, impianto antiallagamento, impianto di riscaldamento, impianto di refrigerazione, gruppi elettrogeni
- Contatta le varie ditte di assistenza quando verifica od ha notizia da parte dei colleghi di rotture o malfunzionamenti.
- Contatta la ditta di assistenza caldaie e l'idraulico nei due periodi dell'anno in cui avviene il passaggio da riscaldamento a refrigerazione e viceversa.
- E' il riferimento della ditta delle pulizie per quanto riguarda il materiale igienico di consumo

Durante la mattina può essere chiamato per dare supporto al desk in varie attività:

- portare/riprendere auto da meccanici/gommisti
- andare in vari uffici per attività inerenti l'ufficio
- occuparsi dei documenti necessari per la spedizione di pacchi
- scaricare e mettere in magazzino la merce recapitata dai corrieri
- eseguire le letture dei contatori del gas e della corrente

La sera rientra in ufficio alle ore 18.00 e resta a disposizione al desk fino alle 19:00.

Dopo tale orario inizia il controllo e la chiusura dell'ufficio che termina, salvo imprevisti, alle ore 20:00 in via Roosevelt e alle ore 21:00 in Borgo Giannotti.

Durante le operazioni di chiusura nell'ufficio di Via Borgo Giannotti si occupa anche della chiusura del cancello del parcheggio vicino all'ufficio, controlla il buon funzionamento dei vari impianti e attrezzature, risolvendo se può oppure contattando le varie ditte di assistenza per problemi più tecnici.

Nei due uffici di via Roosevelt e Borgo Giannotti attiva l'impianto di allarme anticendio/antiintrusione.
