INTERNATIONAL BRAND MANAGERIl **GRUPPO COLUSSI**, in un contesto di **forte rinnovamento organizzativo** **e progettuale **della propria** AREA INTERNATIONAL MARKETING, **ricerca un/una**:
**INTERNATIONAL BRAND MANAGER**

Riportando funzionalmente al Coordinatore Marketing Internazionale e gerarchicamente al Direttore Commerciale Export, la risorsa avrà le seguenti responsabilità per i brand assegnati:

- Gestire il portafoglio prodotti di competenza nelle dinamiche operative interfacciandosi con tutte le funzioni aziendali al fine di garantire l’attivazione e la realizzazione dei progetti;
- Supportare il Direttore Commerciale Export e la Struttura di Vendite Export nella gestione del Paese/Cliente;
- Gestire con il Coordinatore Marketing Internazionale le collaborazioni con le agenzie di packaging, comunicazione e media al fine di definire programmi di promozione prodotti nelle diverse aree;
- Elaborare, assieme ai riporti funzionale e gerarchico, il Piano Annuale di Marketing svolgendo le analisi volte a mappare Brand/Mercato/Paese e formulando le relative strategie di brand;
- Effettuare le analisi dei KPI per Brand/Mercato/Paese in modo da valutare l’impatto su vendite, fatturato e margini di contribuzione;
- Contribuire ad individuare, in collaborazione con i riporti funzionale e gerarchico, nuovi fabbisogni da parte di Clienti/Mercato/Paese in linea con le strategie commerciali stabilite e coordinandosi per le relative attività con la Direzione Ricerca & Sviluppo e la Direzione Tecnica Industriale;
- Gestire operativamente la partecipazione alle fiere internazionali.

Completano la figura i seguenti requisiti:

- Conoscenza livello C1 della lingua inglese;
- Conoscenza livello B1-B2 di una seconda lingua, preferenzialmente francese e/o tedesca;
- Spiccata predisposizione al lavoro inter-funzionale;
- Determinazione nel raggiungimento degli obiettivi assegnati.
