MSX is looking for a young and bright graduate in Engineering (or with a Diploma of mechanics) to be assigned to the Authority activities to assist one of our key customers leader in solutions mobility business. **The role**:
Our new **Technical Authority Specialist** will support the network of dealers and workshops of our customers, transferring the correct information in the Authority system, related to the handling of claims.

Tasks contain:

- Authorize the maintenance/repair quotation submitted by the network, according to Authority procedures.
- Verify from a technical and administrative point of view the correspondence of maintenance/repair claims submitted by the network according to Authority procedures.
- Handle all the maintenance/repair claims, verifying the labor timings requested by the network are aligned with the repair/damage and the discounts on spare parts are in accordance with contractual conditions.
- Verify the documents attached are correct and complete, in order to have all the useful elements for the evaluation of claims.

**About you**:

- Engineering Bachelor or Master degree or Diploma of Mechanics (Mechanics, Electronics, Automotive, etc.);
- Teamworking;
- Initiative and independence;
- Interpersonal skills;
- Results orientation;
- A flexible and yet structured and logical approach;
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, think and plan ahead and build in contingencies;
- Ability to understand complex information and assess requirements;
- High level of computer literacy, especially MS Office;
- Languages skills: Italian, English is a plus.

**Working pattern**:

- Location: Rome
- Hybrid
- 40 hours per week
