About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Authority Specialist to join our team at MSX International Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the network of dealers and workshops of our customers, transferring correct information in the Authority system related to the handling of claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Authorize maintenance/repair quotations submitted by the network, according to Authority procedures.
  • Verify the correspondence of maintenance/repair claims submitted by the network from a technical and administrative point of view, according to Authority procedures.
  • Handle all maintenance/repair claims, verifying labor timings requested by the network are aligned with the repair/damage and discounts on spare parts are in accordance with contractual conditions.
  • Verify documents attached are correct and complete, to have all useful elements for the evaluation of claims.

Requirements:

  • Engineering Bachelor or Master degree or Diploma of Mechanics (Mechanics, Electronics, Automotive, etc.).
  • Teamworking skills.
  • Initiative and independence.
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Results orientation.
  • A flexible yet structured and logical approach.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, think and plan ahead, and build in contingencies.
  • Ability to understand complex information and assess requirements.
  • High level of computer literacy, especially MS Office.
  • Language skills: Italian.
  • English is a plus.
