Automotive Technical Support Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Technical Support Specialist to join our team at MSX International.

About the Role

As an Automotive Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients in the automotive industry. Your key tasks will include:

  • Receiving and responding to technical support requests via ticketing service
  • Studying the history of technical work on vehicles to provide accurate and effective solutions
  • Applying your engineering background to provide instructions on how to solve technical issues
  • Providing support via written tickets and inbound and outbound calls

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An engineering background in a technical field (Mechanics, Electronics, Automotive, etc.)
  • Computer literacy, especially MS Office
  • Italian native speaker level and good level of English
  • Previous experience in Technical Support departments and/or in car or agriculture dealerships is a plus
