Job Title: Junior Automotive Technical Support

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Automotive Technical Support professional to join our team at MSX International.

About the Role:

As a Junior Automotive Technical Support, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients in the automotive industry. Your key tasks will include:

  • Receiving and responding to technical support requests via ticketing service
  • Studying the history of technical work on vehicles to provide accurate solutions
  • Applying your engineering background to provide instructions on how to solve technical issues
  • Providing support via written tickets and inbound/outbound calls
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An engineering degree in a technical field (Mechanics, Electronics, Automotive, etc.)
  • Computer literacy, especially MS Office
  • Italian native speaker level and good level of English
  • Previous experience in technical support departments and/or in car or agriculture dealerships (a plus)
