Job Title: Junior Automotive Technical Trainer

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Automotive Technical Trainer to join our team at MSX International. As a Junior Automotive Technical Trainer, you will play a key role in increasing the technicians' knowledge of the product, general and specific equipment, repair and diagnosis procedures to achieve the highest quality level of repairing activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and prepare training material as required by the National Sales Company
  • Provide technical courses to the staff of the dealership in classroom or online training, with a focus on new products and all technical issues according to their needs, following the Technical Training Center guideline
  • Check the preparation of the technicians within the Dealer Network
Requirements:
  • Engineering Bachelor's degree in technical fields (Mechanics, Electronics, Automotive, etc.)
  • Computer literacy, especially MS Office
  • Italian native speaker level and good level of English
  • Previous experience in Technical Training departments and/or in car or agriculture dealerships will be a great plus
