Job Title: Junior Automotive Technical Support

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Automotive Technical Support professional to join our team at MSX International. As a key member of our Technical Department, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our partner workshops and clients in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and respond to technical support requests via ticketing service
  • Study the history of technical work on vehicles and provide instructions on how to solve technical issues
  • Provide support via written tickets, inbound, and outbound calls
Requirements:
  • Engineering Bachelor's degree in technical fields (Mechanics, Electronics, Automotive, etc.)
  • Computer literacy, especially MS Office
  • Italian native speaker level and good level of English
  • Previous experience in Technical Support departments and/or in car or agriculture dealerships a plus
