Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Technical Department, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our partner workshops.

Key Tasks:

  • Receiving and analyzing technical support requests via ticketing service
  • Studying the history of technical work on the vehicle until that point
  • Applying your Engineering background to provide instructions on how to solve technical issues according to each request
  • Providing support via written tickets and inbound and outbound calls

Requirements:

  • Engineering Bachelor's degree in technical fields (Mechanics, Electronics, Automotive, etc.)
  • Computer literacy, especially MS Office
  • Italian native speaker level and good level of English
  • Previous experience in Technical Support departments and/or in car or agriculture dealerships will be a great plus
