Automotive Technical Support Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Technical Support Specialist to join our team at MSX International. As a key member of our Technical Department, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our partner workshops and clients in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and responding to technical support requests via ticketing service
  • Studying the history of technical work on vehicles to provide accurate solutions
  • Applying engineering knowledge to provide instructions on how to solve technical issues
  • Providing support via written tickets and inbound/outbound calls

Requirements:

  • Engineering Bachelor's degree in technical fields (Mechanics, Electronics, Automotive, etc.)
  • Computer literacy, especially MS Office
  • Italian native speaker level and good level of English
  • Previous experience in Technical Support departments and/or in car or agriculture dealerships a plus

Working Pattern:

  • Monday-Friday
  • 40 hours per week
  • Our offices are based in Rome
