Automotive Technical Trainer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Automotive Technical Trainer to join our team at MSX International. As a key member of our Technical Department, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering training programs to our dealership staff.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and prepare training materials, including course outlines, presentations, and handouts, in collaboration with the National Sales Company.
- Design and deliver technical training courses to dealership staff, both in-classroom and online, focusing on new products and technical issues.
- Monitor and evaluate the preparation of technicians within the Dealer Network, ensuring they meet the required standards.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as Mechanics, Electronics, or Automotive Engineering.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
- Italian native speaker level and good level of English.
- Previous experience in Technical Training departments or car dealerships is highly desirable.
