Technical Trainer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Technical Trainer to join our team at MSX International. As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for increasing the technicians' knowledge of the product, general and specific equipment, repair and diagnosis procedures to achieve the highest quality level of repairing activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and prepare training material as required by the National Sales Company
  • Provide technical courses to the staff of the dealership in classroom or web training, focusing on new products and technical issues according to their needs, following the Technical Training Center guideline
  • Check the preparation of the technicians within the Dealer Network

Requirements

  • Engineering Bachelor's degree in technical fields (Mechanics, Electronics, Automotive, etc.)
  • Computer literacy, especially MS Office
  • Italian native speaker level and good level of English
  • Previous experience in Technical Training departments and/or in car or agriculture dealerships will be a great plus
