**Posizione**:
Per coordinare al meglio le manutenzioni e le attività conservative del patrimonio di tutte le strutture VOIhotels site in Italia e all’estero siamo alla ricerca di un **Technical Service Manager** con riporto gerarchico all’ Head of Technical Service e che abbia le seguenti responsabilità:

- Supportare l’Head of Technical service nel coordinamento e nella gestione di tutte le attività legate alla sicurezza sul lavoro, igiene e ambiente.
- Gestire progetti di efficientamento energetico ed ecosostenibilità ambientale.
- Gestire i rapporti con le proprietà dei Resort e Hotels in gestione
- Coordinare eventuali lavori affidati a terzi.
- Monitorare periodicamente lo stato conservativo del patrimonio.
- Eseguire controlli ed azioni di miglioramento nella gestione delle attività inerenti alla manutenzione ordinaria (riparativa e conservativa) con responsabilità nella gestione di risorse economiche.

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea in Ingegneria o Architettura
- Esperienza consolidata in analoga posizione in Compagnia Alberghiera
- Conoscenza approfondita delle normative in materia di salute e sicurezza
- Conoscenza approfondita dell'impiantistica delle strutture e dei relativi programmi di gestione
- Conoscenza di impianti idraulici ed elettrici
- Attitudine al problem solving
- Ottime capacità organizzative e di leadership
- Flessibilità, spirito di iniziativa e proattività
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
