**Job Description**:
We are currently looking for a Leather Research & Development Manager within LG Raw Material area who will join our dynamic team in Montebello Vicentino (Vicenza).

How you will contribute
- Gestire e coordinare le attività di ricerca e sviluppo materiali in base agli input ricevuti dallo stile nel rispetto del timing di sviluppo collezione;
- Coordinare le attività svolte dalle risorse del team ricerca e sviluppo;
- Confrontarsi con il team interno all’ufficio dedicato all’industrializzazione della materia prima per garantire un corretto passaggio di informazioni e risolvere assieme eventuali problematiche tecniche;
- Seguire il controllo e la verifica dei materiali di campionario presso i fornitori e le concerie coinvolte nell’attività di sviluppo;
- Definire e verificare gli standard qualitativi della materia prima già in fase di sviluppo selezionando i partner esterni da coinvolgere nel rispetto delle policy e dei requisiti di qualità aziendale;
- Gestire l’organizzazione dei meeting di presentazione materiali al team stile e all’ufficio prodotto.

Who you are
- Esperienza lavorativa nel ruolo di 8-10 anni in aziende del settore luxury e fashion oppure in aziende conciarie;
- Conoscenza delle varie tipologie di pellame, pregiato incluso;
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office;
- Utilizzo fluente della lingua inglese sia scritta che parlata per interfaccia con fornitori esteri;
- Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte sia in Italia che all’estero;
- Buone doti relazionali e comunicative e predisposizione al team working;
- Flessibilità ed attitudine al problem solving;
