La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno della funzione Tempi e Metodi_Industrializzazione di processo dell'area técnica Leather Goods che si occupa di tempi e metodi, cicli di lavorazione standard e lavorazioni esterne ai laboratori, con sede a Montebello Vicentino (Vicenza).

How you will contribute- Analizzare tempi, metodi e lavorazioni di pelletteria;- Definire le famiglie di prodotto e occuparsi della rilevazione del tempo standard (cronometrico e predeterminato) presso i laboratori e i fornitori;- Seguire le attività di analisi degli sprechi di produzione in ottica lean;- Partecipare e promuovere progetti di miglioramento, ottimizzazione e di implementazione di procedure di standardizzazione dei processi.

Who you are- Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale, Statistica e/o discipline economico-scientifiche;- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di 3-4 anni in contesti industriali;- Conoscenza delle logiche di produzione, analisi funzionali, lean production;- Ottima dimestichezza con l’uso del PC, conoscenza del pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel) e di Access;- Ottima capacità di elaborazione dati e di predisposizione reportistica;- Conoscenza base della lingua inglese;- Precisione e buone doti comunicative;- Predisposizione al lavoro in team e flessibilità;- Disponibilità a svolgere trasferte in Regione e sul territorio nazionale;
