**YOUR TEAM**
You will be working in a multi-disciplinary group, where people with different backgrounds collaborate, each with their own expertise, to carry out the research.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Drafting and verification of agreements linked to the technology transfer activities (non-disclosure agreement, material transfer agreement, quotation for sale of prototype instrumentation, contracts for provision of services, sponsored research contracts);
- Drafting and verification of clauses related to the management of intellectual property in institutional agreements between IIT and other research organizations;
- Support in the management of relationships with patent counsels, research entities, Universities and companies for legal matters related to the exploitation of intellectual property;
- Preparation of files and archiving of legal files.
**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Master’s degree in Law
- Good knowledge of Industrial Law
- Good knowledge of Contract Law
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
- Familiarity with the main IT software packages, including Word and Excel
- A cooperative approach with the stakeholders
- Accuracy and good analytical skills
**ADDITIONAL SKILLS**
- 1-2 years of legal experience in medium-large sized companies or law firms
- Master’s and/or postgraduate specializations in intellectual property, innovation management and/or technology transfer, and similar disciplines
- Good communication skills
- Strong problem-solving attitude
- High motivation to learn
- Spirit of innovation and creativity
- Good at time and priority management
- Ability to work in a challenging and international environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a highly interdisciplinary environment
